4 imported COVID-19 cases recorded

April 26, 2021

The Centre for Health Protection today said it is investigating four additional COVID-19 cases, all of which are imported.

They involve two men and two women aged between 27 and 60 who arrived from Kenya, India, Japan and the US.

A total of 155 cases have been recorded in the past 14 days, including 37 local cases, of which 17 have unknown infection sources.

Block 4, Bamboo Mansions, Phase 12, Whampoa Garden in Hung Hom, The Royal Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui and Tower 7, Ocean Pride in Tsuen Wan are included in the compulsory testing notice due to new preliminary positive cases detected.

Twenty-two schools are also covered in the notice due to upper respiratory tract infection outbreaks.

The Government will set up a mobile specimen collection station at Tower 7 of Ocean Pride tomorrow.
