531k vaccine doses administered

About 531,200 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 320,100 people receiving their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and about 59,800 people getting their second dose.

 

About 151,300 people have received the BioNTech vaccine so far.

 

Around 5,100 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

Among them, some 4,800 people received the jab at eight community vaccination centres (CVCs) while about 300 were inoculated at private doctors and clinics participating in the programme.

 

Around 5,700 people received their second dose of the Sinovac vaccine today, including about 3,600 people vaccinated at CVCs and about 2,100 through private doctors and clinics.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is about 95%.

 

As of 8pm, about 2,800 people had reserved their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online in the past 24 hours.

 

As of midnight, one person was sent to hospital.
