449k vaccine doses administered

About 449,200 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 285,900 people receiving their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and about 12,000 people getting their second dose.

 

About 7,700 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today. Among them about 6,300 received the jabs at eight community vaccination centres (CVCs).

 

About 1,400 people were inoculated at private doctors and clinics participating in the programme.

 

Around 6,300 people received their second dose of Sinovac vaccine today, including about 6,100 people vaccinated at the CVCs and about 200 people through private doctors and clinics.

 

As of 8pm, about 4,100 people had reserved their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online in the past 24 hours.

 

As of midnight, six people were sent to the hospital for treatment.
