The Lands Department will resume 124 private lots in Tung Chung for public housing development.

The lots, with a total area of about 31,896.1 sq m are in Area 42, Tung Chung. Notices for the land resumption were posted today and the lots will revert to the Government on April 29.

Relevant site formation and infrastructural works are planned to start this year for completion in 2023, while the construction of public housing is expected to be finished in 2027.
