The Leisure & Cultural Services Department today launched the LCSD Plusss Facebook and Instagram pages as well as mascots to disseminate the department’s latest information and strengthen communication with the public.

The LCSD Plusss pages are designed to encourage people to participate in the department's activities and utilise its facilities for adding colour and vibrancy to daily lives.

The department explained that the social media platforms share stories with the aim of deepening the public’s understanding of the department’s services.

It also noted that the mascots, namely Enggie Pup and Artti Kitty, will meet the public to promote the department’s updates via their friendly and positive image.

The two mascots represent the department's two major areas of work, which are leisure and culture.

Being the department's trainees, the vivacious Enggie Pup and the docile Artti Kitty will promote the department's activities and facilities.
