A Tung Chung site in the 2020-21 Land Sale Programme will be sold by open tender, the Lands Department announced today.

The site, listed as Tung Chung Town Lot No. 45 at Area 57, is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding residential, hotel, godown and petrol-filling station.

It has a site area of about 12,335 sq m with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 70,310 sq m and 117,182 sq m.

The tender invitation will open on September 4 and close by October 16.

Land sale documents will be available online from September 4.
