The tender for a Tai Po site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $3,705,018,700, the Lands Department announced today.

Tai Po Town Lot No 243 at Ma Wo Road was awarded to Wealth Honour, a subsidiary of Vanke Property (Hong Kong) Company and CNQC International Holdings.

It has a site area of about 22,608 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 43,584 sq m and 72,640 sq m.
