The disbursement of subsidies to approved applicants of the Subsidy Scheme for Beauty Parlours, Massage Establishments & Party Rooms began today through bank transfer.

Launched under the second round of the Anti-epidemic Fund, the scheme has received more than 14,000 applications.

Applications for the subsidy closed on May 17 and vetting is under way. The disbursement is expected to be completed within June.

Applicants can check the status of their applications by inputting their application number and business registration number at the scheme’s website.
