Financial Secretary Paul Chan will depart for Russia on June 5 to attend the St Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The forum will be held between June 6 and 8.

It offers a global platform for members of the business community to meet and discuss key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets, and the world as a whole.

Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong on June 9.

Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury James Lau will act as Financial Secretary during Mr Chan’s absence.
