The tender for a Lantau site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.13 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

The site at South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha was awarded to Huge Choice Group, a subsidiary of Dynamic Triumph.

With a site area of 20,600 sq m, it is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 4,944 sq m and 8,240 sq m.
