Two residential sites in the 2018-19 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.

Lot No. 5382 in Demarcation District No. 116 at Tai Kei Leng, Yuen Long has a site area of 1,119 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 2,350 sq m and 3,916.5 sq m.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6576 at Kai Tak Area 4B Site 1, Kai Tak, Kowloon has a site area of 9,583 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 40,249 sq m and 67,081 sq m.

Both are designated for private residential purposes.

The tender invitation for the lots will open on February 8.

It will close on March 8 for the Yuen Long site and on March 22 for the Kai Tak site.
