The tender for a Kai Tak site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $8.907 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6591 at Kai Tak Area 4B Site 4, was awarded to Rich Fast International Limited, a subsidiary of Golden Sphere Developments.

It has a site area of 9,708 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 32,037 sq m and 53,394 sq m.
