The Labour Department will hold a job fair in Kowloon Tong from March 13 to 14 where 3,700 jobs will be on offer.

Fifty-four organisations mainly from the business services, transport and retail industries will participate in the Leap into a New Page Job Expo.

A wide variety of jobs will be on offer, including the positions of management trainee, human resources assistant, branch operation manager, tour planner, interior designer, programmer, marketing officer and nutritionist.

About 74% of the positions are full-time, with most offering monthly salaries from $11,000 to $19,000.

Nearly all vacancies are open to those with less than three years’ experience and are suitable for young people with post-secondary education.

Police and the Immigration Department will also set up counters to introduce and recruit for the Inspector, Police Constable, Auxiliary Police and Immigration Assistant positions.

The job fair will be held from 11am to 5.30pm at the Hong Kong Productivity Council Building.
