At School, At Work

Unlawful acts should be discouraged

(September 27, 2014)

The Education Bureau strongly appealed to parents and teachers today not to allow underage children and students to participate in, or be persuaded to take part in unlawful activities, for their personal safety.

In a statement, the Bureau noted that taking part in unlawful activities might lead to prosecution, conviction and criminal records, which could all affect students' future prospects.

It added that teachers have to bear the legal and professional consequences if they are convicted for joining unlawful activities.
