Police appeal to Mong Kok protesters

As a chaotic situation arising from the protest in Mong Kok persists, Police urge people to comply with Police officers’ instructions at the scene and to stay calm and exercise restraint.
 
They also appeal to people to express their views in a peaceful and rational manner.
 
Police will take appropriate action, including escorting protesters away from the scene, to safeguard their personal safety and restore public order and traffic flow.
