The tender for a Kai Tak site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of over $5.8 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6566 at Kai Tak Area 1K Site 2 was awarded to Century Basis, a subsidiary of K. Wah International.
It has a site area of 9,700 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding office, godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 32,010 and 53,350 sq m.
