A Cheung Sha Wan non-residential site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6505 on King Lam Street is 7,728 sq m and designated for non-residential purposes, excluding hotels, petrol stations and residential care homes.
Its minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 55,642 and 92,736 sq m.
The tender invitation for it will open December 30 and close February 10.
