The Home Affairs Bureau and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education today launched the pilot Funding Scheme for Exchange in Belt & Road Countries.
The scheme provides funding to registered non-profit making organisations and statutory bodies to organise exchange programmes in Belt & Road countries for Hong Kong youths aged 15 to 29 on a matching grant basis.
It aims to achieve the objective of people-to-people bonds and to enrich young people's knowledge of the Belt & Road Initiative.
The application deadline is May 16.
Interested organisations are invited to attend a briefing session at the Civic Education Resources Centre at Youth Square on April 27.
