The Centre for Health Protection recorded four suspected Middle East Respiratory Syndrome cases from noon yesterday to noon today.
All tested negative for the MERS virus in preliminary testing.
The centre also confirmed that the test results of a suspected Middle East Respiratory Syndrome case reported yesterday have come back negative for the virus.
No confirmed case of MERS has been identified in Hong Kong.
