The Department of Health is monitoring two additional cases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.
One case involves a 60-year-old man with underlying illnesses in Kuwait, who was a Syrian national. He passed away on March 6.
The other patient is a 68-year-old man with underlying illnesses from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. He owned a camel farm in Saudi Arabia and frequently traveled there.
This brings the latest global number of confirmed cases of the disease to 198, including 84 deaths.
