2 test negative for H7

The Centre for Health Protection received no notifications today of suspected human cases of avian influenza A (H7N9) fulfilling reporting criteria, and two cases which did not.
Both cases tested negative for the H7 virus.
Since March 31, the centre has been notified of 15 cases fulfilling reporting criteria, and 42 which did not.
No confirmed human cases of avian influenza A (H7N9) have been recorded so far.
