H7 case tests negative

The Centre for Health Protection has been notified of a case which did not fulfil the reporting criteria of suspected human cases of Influenza A (H7), which tested negative for H7.
The update covers noon yesterday to noon today.
Since March 31, the centre has received 14 notifications of cases fulfilling the reporting criteria, and 39 which did not.
No confirmed human cases of the virus have been recorded in Hong Kong.
