Gov't urges end to Occupy Central

The Government appeals to the Occupy Central movement's organisers to accord priority to Hong Kong's overall interest and participants' safety, and end their campaign.
 
The movement's organisers started their campaign this morning, resulting in chaos. 
 
The Government expects the organisers to honour the promise made earlier that they would bring the movement and the gathering to an end when the situation had gotten out of hand.
