A 15-year-old boy was today charged for murdering his mother and sister. He will appear in Tsuen Wan Magistracy Juvenile Court tomorrow.

He was arrested yesterday after his 42-year-old mother and 12-year-old sister were killed in their Heung Wo Street, Tsuen Wan, flat. They were found on the floor with multiple stab wounds and certified dead at the scene. Post-mortem examinations are pending.

He was located at 3.30am yesterday in Tsuen Wan Riviera Park. Police found a chopper in his rucksack.
