Kwun Tong Magistracy fined Bowls International, which operates Fullgar Canteen, $10,000 today for sacking a chef injured at work before the Employees' Compensation (Ordinary Assessment) Board issued an assessment certificate.

The chef injured his face and right forearm in a work accident on November 3 last year.
