A two-way permit holder who operated an illegal poultry slaughtering factory in Yuen Long has been jailed three months and fined $2,000 by Tuen Mun Magistracy.
He was convicted today of operating an unlicensed food factory, keeping livestock without a licence, and breaching conditions of stay.
Food & Environmental Hygiene Department officers arrested the man at the Kai Pak Leng factory on February 17.
