Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old in Quarry Bay Park. He was arrested at about 3pm today in his Shau Kei Wan home.

The boy was certified dead at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital after a security guard found him injured outside a football-pitch changing room about 2.35am.
