A government lot on The Peak sold for $10.4 billion today, 30% higher than the $8 billion opening bid.
The Inland Lot No.9007 at 103 Mount Nicholson Road, the fourth land auction this financial year, was sold to Market Prospect.
The 23,312 square metre site is designated for private residential use. A minimum gross floor area of 18,109 square metres must be completed.
