The site at No.1 Ede Road, Kowloon Tong, has been triggered for sale with a minimum guaranteed bid of $659 million, the Lands Department announced today.

The site, with an area of about 2,399 square metres, is designated for private residential purposes. The gross floor area must be between 4,319 square metres and 7,197 square metres.
