The Lands Department has registered 56 lease modifications and three land exchanges in the Land Registry in the second quarter this year, of which 46 are for residential and 13 for non-residential developments.

Of these 59 land transactions, 33 are on Hong Kong Island, 19 in Kowloon and seven in the New Territories.

Another three lots have been granted to the Housing Authority for housing developments.

The 62 land transactions realised a total premium of about $600 million.
