The Centre for Health Protection is investigating a food poisoning case involving 15 members of a Hong Kong tour group visiting Thailand.

The 13 women and two men, aged four to 62, came down with diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting after eating in Bangkok on August 7.

Three sought medical treatment upon their return to Hong Kong. All are stable.
