The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed the year's fifth case of gastrointestinal infection caused by the E.coli O157:H7 bacteria.

A 13-month-old Tuen Mun girl fell ill on July 31 and was sent to Tuen Mun Hospital. No hospitalisation was required and she is stable.
