Pork product: Food & Environmental Hygiene Department officers seize processed pig skin at an unlicensed food factory in Yuen Long.

The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has shut down an unlicensed Yuen Long food factory, seizing 788kg of pork products.

Department officers raided the premises in Siu Hum Tsuen this morning. A woman was arrested.
