Twelve students have won prizes in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region 10th Anniversary E-card Design Competition.
Celebrations Co-ordination Office Director Raymond Young and Director of Information Services (Designate) Betty Fung presented prizes to the winners at a presentation ceremony today.
Mr Young said the e-cards are very popular with more than 21,000 sent by people since the 12 winning e-cards were posted on the anniversary website on May 16.
