The Centre for Health Protection is investigating a Dengue fever case involving a 28-year-old Tsim Sha Tsui woman, bringing the year's total cases to 20, all imported.

She came down with fever on August 10 after travelling to Malaysia and Indonesia. She was admitted to Union Hospital on August 14 and is now in stable condition.

People should stay alert to the threat of Dengue fever and take measures against mosquito breeding. Travellers should wear long-sleeved tops and trousers, and use insect repellent. If feeling unwell after returning from abroad, consult a doctor.
