Alice Kwok has been appointed to the Broadcasting Authority for two years from September 1. She has extensive experience in the media industry, working for a wide range of radio, television and print organisations.

Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Rita Lau welcomed the appointment and thanked outgoing member Yvonne Siu for her contribution over the last six years.

From September 1, other non-official members will include Kwok Lit-tung, Adrian Wong, Henry Tsang, Marina Wong, William Lo and Dr Jane Lee.

Official members will be Chairman Ambrose Ho, Permanent Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development (Communications & Technology) Elizabeth Tse who is also the authority's vice-chairman, Director-General of Telecommunications Eliza Lee and Deputy Secretary for Home Affairs Grace Lui.
