The Labour Department and RTHK will jointly launch a radio programme on outstanding disabled workers from December 15 through January 19 on Fridays from 4pm to 4.30pm.

The programme aims to enhance understanding of disabled people's working abilities, to improve their employment opportunities.

For the Disabled - Hope & Faith features five winners of the Outstanding Disabled Employees Award 2006. They will share their experiences in achieving exceptional work performances and overcoming difficulties.

The employers who nominated the winners will also talk about hiring disabled people.
