Secretary for Education & Manpower Professor Arthur Li will visit London July 17 to 21, to meet Foreign & Commonwealth Office Minister for Trade Ian Pearson.

He will also meet England's Higher Education Funding Council Chief Executive Sir Howard Newby, along with members of parliament, the Chief Inspector of Schools at the Office for Standards in Education, and university heads.
