A job fair organised by the Labour Department will be staged at Olympian City in West Kowloon on November 30, providing nearly 1,000 vacancies.

Twenty companies from retail, catering, personal or business services will participate in the event. The vacancies cover positions such as shop manager, sales executive, engineer, sales assistant, beauty consultant, cook, waiter/waitress, shop assistant, merchandiser and security guard.

Most of the jobs offer a monthly salary ranging from $5,000 to $7,000. Job-seekers can submit applications on the spot and may be selected for on-site interviews.

The job fair will run from 10.30am to 6pm at Central Atrium, G/F, Olympian City 2, 18 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon. Admission is free.
