The Chief Executive has appointed Chow Chung-kong as a Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries & Conditions of Service member for two years from April 1 following Henry Fan's retirement. Thomas Leung and Tim Lui have been reappointed members for one year.

The committee advises the Government on the establishment structure and matters relating to the pay and conditions of service concerning the civil service directorate.

Vincent Cheng chairs the committee. Other serving members are Teresa Ko and Nicky Lo.
