The Government today completed joint enforcement operations at Block 2 of Broadview Garden in Tsing Yi and Kin On House of Wo Lok Estate in Kwun Tong, which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

At Block 2 of Broadview Garden, the enforcement action was conducted by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department together with Police and the Department of Health.

Out of the 338 people whose test records were checked, one failed to comply with the notice and was issued with a compulsory testing order as well as a fixed penalty notice of $10,000.

For Kin On House, where the Housing Department, Police and the Department of Health checked 91 people’s test records, it was discovered that four individuals failed to comply with the notice. They were issued with a compulsory testing order.
