The Government today completed joint enforcement operations at Lung Cheung House of Lung Poon Court in Diamond Hill and Chui Ting House of Sheung Chui Court in Tsuen Wan, which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

At Lung Cheung House, the enforcement action was conducted by the Highways Department together with Police and the Department of Health.

Out of the 461 people whose test records were checked, 16 failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to nine of them.

For Chui Ting House where the Tsuen Wan District Office, Police and the Department of Health checked around 390 people’s test records, it was discovered that 49 individuals failed to comply with the notice. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to 22 of them.
