The Leisure & Cultural Services Department will present internationally renowned composer and conductor Tan Dun's immersive site-specific performance at Chi Lin Nunnery in December.

The programme will turn the Chi Lin Nunnery into a stage of dream and fantasy to showcase the beauty of nature, the arts and Chinese culture. It is part of a series of programmes celebrating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Highlights include an immersive site-specific performance to be held at 5.30pm on December 10 and 11, a talk with a demonstration to be held at 3pm on December 4, as well as a sound garden and an exhibition to be held from December 3 to 11.

Admission is free for the programmes.

Online registration for limited seats of the immersive site-specific performance as well as the talk and demonstration will be available from 10am tomorrow on a first come, first served basis.
