The Government today announced that 135 preliminary positive COVID-19 cases were found in the compulsory testing exercises for two restricted areas in Nam Cheong Estate, Sham Shui Po.

It made restriction-testing declarations yesterday to cover Cheong Yat House and Cheong Him House where about 1,100 people were tested.

Seventy-two preliminary positive cases were detected in Cheong Yat House, while 63 people preliminarily tested positive in Cheong Him House.

The Centre for Health Protection will follow up on the cases.
