Police said today that they laid a charge against a 19-year-old woman with one count of conspiracy to incite the commission by other people of the offence of subversion under the National Security Law.

She was arrested for violating Articles 22 and 23 of the National Security Law yesterday.

The case will be mentioned at the West Kowloon Magistrates’ Courts this afternoon.
