No new COVID-19 cases recorded

The Centre for Health Protection today said no new confirmed COVID-19 cases have been recorded, leaving the number of confirmed cases in Hong Kong at 11,881.

 

A total of 33 cases were reported in Hong Kong in the past 14 days, including three local cases, of which one has an unknown infection source.

 

Regarding a previous local case with the N501Y mutant strain, people who had been at one specified premises during the specified periods have to undergo additional testing.

 

Meanwhile, Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary & Primary School is now covered in the compulsory testing notice due to an outbreak of upper respiratory tract infection or influenza-like illness.
