8 COVID-19 cases confirmed

The Centre for Health Protection today said it is investigating eight additional COVID-19 cases, taking the number of confirmed cases in Hong Kong to 5,444.

 

Among the new cases, five are imported, two are linked to local cases and one has an unknown source of infection.

 

The patient of the case with an unknown source of infection is a 58-year-old male who lives in Tsz Hong Estate, Tsz Wan Shan.

 

The imported cases are from Lithuania, Romania, Germany and Nepal.
