HK architectural talent on show

An exhibition featuring the works of young Hong Kong architects and artists showcased at the Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition is being held at Oi! in North Point until May 30.

The exhibition is one of the events celebrating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

At the opening ceremony today, Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So said the Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition is a major event in the industry, showcasing the outstanding works of architects from around the world and facilitating architectural cultural interaction.

Having participated in the Venice exhibition, Hong Kong has shown its unique architectural features to the world, he said.
