Secretary for Education Eddie Ng concluded his two-day Guangdong trip today, by meeting education officials, and Hong Kong youths studying in the province.
 
This morning he met Department of Education of Guangdong Province Director-General Luo Weiqi.
 
He then met Bureau of Education of Guangzhou Municipality Director-General Qu Shaobing, and CPC Committee Secretary Hua Tongxu.
 
Mr Ng later met the Jinan University university management to discuss the development of higher education and co-operation among the higher education institutions in Guangdong and Hong Kong. He also toured the campus and met Hong Kong students.
 
Mr Ng was accompanied by Deputy Secretary for Education Michelle Wong and other officials.
