The Committee on Home-School Co-operation today uploaded the e-version of Primary School Profiles 2011, in Chinese and English.
The printed version in Chinese will be delivered to kindergartens and childcare centres for distribution to parents with children at the K3 level of the current school year.
Primary School Profiles 2011 contains information provided by individual schools showing the position as at April. They offer basic information on more than 500 local primary schools, covering teaching staff, school facilities, class structure, school life, extra-curricular activities and school characteristics.
The profiles are divided by districts. Parents of children who will study at Primary One level in September 2012 will receive the printed version of the profiles for the district in which they live through their respective kindergartens or childcare centres. For children not attending these, parents can obtain a copy from the Education Bureau’s School Places Allocation Section.
